NUMUSE Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information NUMUSE collects when you visit numu.se, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it short because, for now, we collect very little. NUMUSE is operated by Disruptive Digital Solutions Group (“D2SG”), and in this policy “we” and “us” mean D2SG.
1. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email support@numu.se, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This uses cookies; see our Cookie Policy.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.
2. What we don’t collect
This website has no accounts, sign-up forms or payments. We don’t ask for, and don’t want, sensitive personal information.
3. How we use information
- to reply to your messages;
- to understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it;
- to keep the site secure and prevent abuse; and
- to meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and analytics provider (Google) — under their own data-protection terms, or when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and analytics data for the retention period set in Google Analytics. Hosting logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
You can block or delete analytics cookies at any time in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email support@numu.se.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. When NUMUSE opens
When early access opens and you can create an account, we will update this policy to explain what the platform collects before we collect it.
